Lets Volunteer
After much prayer and fasting I have resolved to contribute in helping to resolve the challenges our beloved nation is facing. I hope 2008 will be the year God provides the divine intervention that Zimbabweans pray for .Zimbabwe is in desperate need to be delivered from the current false prophets who masquerade as turn-around experts. Because of such false prophets the suffering of Zimbabweans has been pro-longed.I am volunteering to assist the National Rescue mission under the "MAVAMBO. KUSILE. DAWN" project being led by Dr Simba Makoni.I believe Dr Makoni offers our nation an opportunity for a New Zimbabwe ,which guarantees its citizens security,prosperity and hope.Zimbabweans need to go out in their millions and vote for a New Zimbabwe

Listen, you guys were busy flashing in fancy cars, going to watch F1 races and European football games using honest pensioners money and now you want to tell us how you are going to help Zimbabwe. We will not listen to people like you who want to start instilling discipline when you've benefited loads from the current state. You guys were buying girlfriends brand new cars like sweets and now you want to stand on high ground ana lecture us? Who do you think you are, Gilbert, honestly? Do you think you can just come back, wipe the dust off the table and say happy days? You did a lot of damage through your illegal deals, taking advantage of the government's lack of control of finances. Think about that pensioner who spent years working down a mine shaft and you were using his money to buy a Porsche Cayenne. Be serious, Gilbert.

Thanks for your comment.Its sad you choose to be guided by rumours and hearsay.The facts are clear.ENG has managed to repay all its creditors despite the massive looting and fire selling of our assets.The record of assets owned by ENG is available .Is it not strange that your sources have failed to update you on this fact?The whole 2003-4 financial crisis was a government creation to,punish independent business, divert attention and look at where is has led the country.We pointed this out long ago that Gono was incompetent and vindictive and people were praising his early policies which we knew would fail because of their unsoundness.Now we have a Z$ 10 million note.Sonn we will have a Z$ 1 billion note.
Zimbabweans only want to confront a problem when it has faced them personally as a result the country goes down the drain.Now is a chance to work together and give the country a chance.
Be guided by facts not propaganda from the Herald.

As Zimbabweans we need to take our destiny into our own hands.We cant leave such a big responsibility to an 84 year-old who has done his part.Lets relieve the man and we need to stand up and be counted as responsible citizens ready to take control of their destiny.
This is far to important to be bogged down by personalities and other trivial issues.Lets stand up and fight for the Zimbabwe we want.
Whatever, man, I don't listen to rumours, I audited ENG's stuff, you guys are dirty, it's a shame. You say you managed to pay your creditors, did you really pay them at inflation-adjusted figures? You guys are crooks, pray that when you come to Zimbabwee they don't send you to jail. If you are so innocent, why don't you go back. James Mushore is back, his crime, externalisation, but he's walking free. He didn't still from anyone, he used his brain. I know you boys very well so don't tell me nonsense. Lucky Elton he jumped ship before things fell apart. You benefitted from the mayhem so don't tell us nonsense!

There is no need to get excited.If you have evidence why didnt you give it to the Police? Dont tell me you are one of the Dubious auditors who shared our assets with Gono and others.You are aware you guys arrnged the looting of our equity portfolio
As a good Auditor does it make sense to you that Gono and his Consortium took our Century shares for $ 3 billion ,shares which we bought for $ 35 billion?As an auditor you didnt find that unacceptable.Why did you not object to this if you were a competent auditor?
After keeping a suspect on Remand for 3 years dont you think its a shame for the state to fail to bring the matter to trial?Where will they get evidence from? And why are you withholding such evidence?I susect you are the ones who looted our assets and bribing the Herald to write us on the front page for 60 days straight.When the state case collapsed why didnt you pay them again to put it on front page?
I doubt you are a real auditor/Where did you train?Mushore is free at what cost?Attorney General Ndebele had to lose his Job for Mushore to be free.And you call that freedom and justice.So who is feeding the Attorney General's family now that he lost his job for doing his Job?And you think this is funny?Why didnt you complain about this?
How many people ran away from Zimbabwe.In your right mind they are crooks?If you are the best auditor Zimbabwe has then maybe we deserve Gono as the Governor.You guys belong in the same team.
This idea of chasing business people will not take the country far.The idea of using scapegoats at every turn is retroggresive.Now there was Murambatsvina,anti-graft,sunrise 1,2,3 and now you have a $ 10 million note.What happened to the Cash barons? Dont tell me they ran away?These are diversion tactics and as an auditor I thought you knew?

You seriously think Mushore should celebrate that he is free.Why did they arrest him in the first place?U rely on rumours?What have you as an auditor done about Gono and Flatwater Investments?Why dont you speak out?A central Bank that releases money to third parties with no proper agreements and you trust such people to over-see the financial system? .

Why would I go to jail when people have been fully repaid?Vindictive as usual,so i wont have a chance to expose looters?
I feel Like crying if the Zimbabwe audit proffession is now in the hands of people like you the MAFIA MASQUARADING as auditors used to confirm and sanitize asset stripping.Thats a shame,are you proud of that?.I am surprised you even chose to mention your complicity in looting our assets.If you are a proffessional why dont you come in the open,like I have?
The best thing you can do my friend is to go and vote Mugabe out.He has presided over the decay of the Economy.His mentality that a young person cant run the country is the same mentality you have that if a young person has made money its because he is a crook.
Its a shame you equate competence to old age.Just because some one is older doesnt make them more competent.This is the Mugabe syndrome.If Zim keeps that mentality it will go to the stone age whilst some of its most qualified citizens deveop other nations.Mr Auditor please be real.I suspect you are trying to threaten me into silence.Did you see me watching F1? or European soccer? Its a shame an auditor would fail to be guided by facts with hard evidence.If you have the evidence of me at F1 or Euro soccer why dont you post it on the site?Whats stopping you?Because its just rumour,hearsay and Herald propaganda.

In her ruling, Mrs Mushure considered the defence submission that Watyoka’s placement on remand for over two years without a trial date was unreasonable.
"As much as this court appreciates that the charges against the accused are very serious, a remand of two years in my view, is unreasonable.
"This court has given the State three chances to furnish the accused person (Watyoka) with his trial date, but obviously, the State has failed. The State has now failed to bring the accused person to trial within a reasonable time.
"I am of the view that the interest of justice will not suffer any prejudice if the accused is removed from remand. The State has failed to serve him in the two years," said Mrs Mushure.
She however, said it was Watyoka who actually suffered the prejudice due to the State's failure to set his matter down for trial.
"His (Watyoka’s) preparation of the defence may have improved and the delay may have led to disproportionate delay and mental torture. Further remand is therefore refused. State to proceed by way of summons for prosecution if more evidence arises," she added.
